Greta has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in the field of youth social entrepreneurship and changemaking. She is the co-founder of Recipes for Wellbeing, a not-for-profit association that works towards shifting the culture of changemaking to include a focus on holistic wellbeing to enable anyone to contribute more effectively to creating positive change in the world. She is also the co-founder of ImpactAimers, a changemaker-led initiative that connects young changemakers to their purpose through immersive residential experiences. Finally, Greta is a facilitator for ChangemakerXchange and Pitch Your Failure.
Greta is an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching and the Institute of Leadership and Management. She has experience leading one-on-one, peer-to-peer, and group coaching sessions for young changemakers wishing to create and sustain a meaningful career in the service of people and planet. In addition to offering coaching to the Ākāśa Innovation changemakers, she has delivered coaching sessions for organisations such as Syracuse University London, Ashoka’s ChangemakerXchange, ImpactAimers and various Climate-KIC programmes (Climate Accelerator, Climate Launchpad, Journey Summer School).
Greta has been very active in delivering talks and workshops around the topics of social entrepreneurship, changemaking, sustainability leadership, youth empowerment, and wellbeing to name a few. In addition to delivering a talk at TEDxBologna2016, she has spoken at the Women Power Summit in Bahrain in May 2018 and at “A World of Tomorrow Reimagined” by the School of Tomorrow in Pakistan in November 2018. Finally, Greta has been invited to speak at organisations such as the RSA, New Economics Foundation (nef), Impact Hub Westminster (IHW), St. Ethelburga’s, and University College London (UCL).
